Our research and teaching within the DAISY team at LIG

We are dedicated to build and use advanced AI techniques (Bayesian algorithms, reinforcement learning, deep learning, system biology on graph theory…etc.) to help scientists, researchers, and medical professionals in understanding biological mechanisms and diseases applying out tools on RNAseq, proteomics, neuroimaging, neuropsychology… etc. data. Our core values include open science, reproducibility, explainability, and co-design with users to improve their experience.
